Redesigning the website's sign-up process was a highlight of my role, as it challenged me to think critically about user experience and how small changes can create meaningful impacts. It pushed me to refine my communication skills and taught me the importance of clarity and empathy when sharing ideas. Knowing that my efforts directly contributed to improving tutor engagement and retention made the experience all the more fulfilling.

The development of the Impact Fellowship program was another significant milestone. Guiding high school students through the college admissions process while equipping fellows with professional skills combined my passion for mentorship with my desire to create systemic change. It was inspiring to witness the potential for growth. Through this experience, I realized the power of collaboration and the impact of thoughtful design—both in systems and in relationships. My work at Schoolhouse strengthened my confidence in finding innovative solutions and reminded me why I value education as a tool for empowerment.
